Impeccably clean units with spacious bathroom and very friendly staff. Favourable and magnificent location, close to an art gallery. Also, very close to the International conference center.

Quiet hotel, our stay was good.

The provided service was GREAT. The room we booked was huge and quiet with a refrigerator as well as bedroom as described. The location was good and best possible, for example, a night club was within a close distance from the hotel.

Location: the hotel was so close to restaurants, pubs, clubs and beach, and tourist attractions.

Nice little and quiet hotel located close to the next plaza called: Plaza Caracol, Isla Mujeres, and walking distance to public beach. Good-sized and quiet rooms with a king size bed, great services. Variety of options, appetising food. Easy check-in, late check-out. Everything brand-new. Simply no reason to complain, fine stay.

The room was cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep. The modern decor throughout the room added a touch of style to the stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist and made the overall experience more enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel's location was perfect. It was situated in a prime spot for shopping, eating, and clubbing, and just a short five-minute walk from the beach.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. there was a USB outlet in the room that stayed lit throughout the night, which was bothersome for someone who prefers to sleep in complete darkness.

Wifi was sometimes too slow but acceptable

I stayed at a hotel in Cancun for a city break and there were a few things that I liked about my experience. the location was very convenient. There were markets, restaurants, clubs, and beaches all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Secondly, the hotel was well-connected with transportation options. Buses, taxis, ferries, and tour trips were easily accessible, making it convenient to get around and visit different attractions. Lastly, the rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay during my trip.

There were also some aspects of the hotel that I disliked. This was frustrating as it resulted in unexpected additional expenses.

The rooms are clean and the hotel offers a great location. The Hotel Strip is within walking distance and you are right in the action. You can easily park your car there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

From the outside one thinks first that the hotel has not been in operation. One must not be deterred by the first appearance. Breakfast is offered according to Internet for 6$ and consists only of croissant and filter coffee. It's better to go around the corner and have your own breakfast!

Huge, air conditioned rooms, very comfy bed, excellent staff. In the heart of the city, very convenient.

I thought Suites Costa Blanca was our best choice in Cancun. The value for money was great, with prices being very affordable. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the Party Center and with easy access to the beach and bus stops. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the basic amenities provided everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with large beds and a dining area. Breakfast at the Hong Kong Restaurant downtown was a nice bonus.

Everything was ok.
